Question 1

What exactly does Bracket do?

Accepted Answer

Bracket connects to the tools where your project already lives — Gmail, Slack, Figma, GitHub — and keeps one always-current record of scope, decisions, deadlines and deliverables. It shows you the one thing that needs your attention and can draft client replies for you.

Question 2

How much does Bracket cost?

Accepted Answer

Two plans: Monthly at ₹999 (about $12) for ongoing client work with up to 10 active projects, or Per-project at ₹199 (about $2) for a single project that stays active for 60 days. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Your monthly plan simply won't renew; a per-project purchase stays active for its 60 days.

Question 4

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Only you can see your projects. Bracket connects the specific sources you select — not your whole account — and uses AI providers only to generate the outputs you ask for. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
